Coronavirus: Suspended performances at Watford Colosseum
Updated: 9 December 2020, 11:10pm
Events at Watford Colosseum that were scheduled to take place before and including 31 January 2021 have been suspended.
We have explored all options to continue with our autumn programme, but unfortunately it is just not financially viable to present full shows – with all that involves – whilst social distancing measures remain in place. The Culture Secretary’s announcement that a relaxation of social distancing will not be considered until November 2020 at the earliest has reluctantly led us to this conclusion.
Some shows beyond this date may also be subject to suspension or rescheduling.
The Watford Colosseum building and box office are temporarily closed.
Advice For Ticket Holders
We are working to reschedule as many of the affected performances as we can. Inevitably this will not be possible for all events - and some shows will not be rescheduled.
This event list will be updated regularly.
These procedures apply for all bookings made direct with the venue. If you booked through a third party agency (Ticketmaster, See Tickets) please contact them directly.
Event status
Affected events are either:

- If you are unable to attend on the new date there is a form to complete to let us know, which would have also been emailed to you.
My show is not being rescheduled – what should I do?
You will email all ticket holders confirming that your booking will be reimbursed through a voucher credit system. Your voucher will be sent to you by email.
Vouchers will be for the full value of your tickets (including any fees). They can be redeemed against any future show.
If you haven’t received a voucher, and your event is listed as ‘not rescheduled’ in the affected events list you need to let us know by completing a form.
My event is marked as pending – what should I do?
Nothing. We will contact you by email as soon as the status of shows is confirmed. We will also update affected events list.
