Scottish Smoked Salmon Mille Feuille with chive mascarpone, pickled radish and avocado puree
Lentil Pate, served with vegetable crisps, balsamic and a rocket salad 


Roast Sirloin of Beef, Served with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a rich Beef gravy
Roast Crown of Chicken stuffed with a sage and tomato stuffing. Served with roast potatoes, red wine sauce and seasonal vegetables
Oven roasted Catch of the Day served with seasonal vegetables, gratin potato, and a dill & mustard sauce 
Goat’s Cheese, Butternut Squash and Cashew Nut Wellington served with roast potato, seasonal vegetables and a red onion coulis


Chocolate and salted caramel mousse served with mixed berry coulis
