Car-parking around the venue is limited so to ensure a short walk to the venue, it is best to arrive early. If you are collecting tickets from the Ticket Office, it is advisable to arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance to avoid long queues or the possibility of missing the start of your performance.

If you're planning to eat at Watford Colosseum, food is served up to 45 minutes prior to curtain up. Please check individual event listings to see food options available and please note that our food is cooked to order so please leave sufficent time to enjoy your meal.

What should I do if I'm late for a performance?

Terms & Conditions of Sale

What if I lose my tickets?

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the venue if tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Duplicate tickets may be issued at the discretion of the venue for certain events, but it is not possible to issue duplicate tickets for all events, e.g. where there is a possibility that the licensed capacity of the venue may be compromised. Additional security steps may be required if duplicates are to be issued.

What if the performance is cancelled or rescheduled?

If a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, the Ticket Office team will use all reasonable measures to contact you via the details you provided when booking your tickets. For a cancelled performance, a full refund will be offered. For a re-scheduled performance tickets will be transfered to the new date or a full refund will be offered.

How do tickets for sold out shows suddenly become available?

There are a number of reasons that tickets for sold out shows become available. Access seats are sometimes released a few days before a performance if they are unsold. If a customer is no longer able to attend a performance for a sold out show, the venue will attempt to re-sell the tickets. For sold out shows the ticketing department will compile a waiting list of customers. Finally production seats or seats held off sale for the show promoter or producer are sometimes released just before the performance.

Ticket Dispatch

When will I receive my tickets?

If tickets have been lost in the post, then the tickets may be re-issued to collect from the Ticket Office on the night of your performance.
